weight citations?

Is there no weight citation for red drum? looked online and all i found was 80 pounds for black drum. It said length citation was 46 inches for both.

Yeah u cant kill a red drum over 27 in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, there is no weight citation for red drum. You can only keep puppy red drum anyways from 18-26 inches so what would be the point to see who could catch the heaviest 26 inch fish. The big boys all have to be released, thus you can only register a release citation.

You can not kill a Red Drum over 27 in. so thier is no weight citation. Catch & Release to enjoy for years to come.

thanks, never even thought about that. Forgot that inch citations are only for releases. been a long time since saltwater fishing. My bassitis kicked in a few months ago.
