Tuesday night my Mate and I we saw a break in the weather so we decided to go after some Striper and see how the bight was for potential Striper Charters. We used live baits and caught Striper from 23 to 37 inches. The Biggest Striper where 32", 34" and 37", 15 Striper in the slot (28" to 32") and 24 Striper in the 23" to 28" size Range leaving a total of 42 Striper Caught between the two of us. The bight was good but not as hot as usual for this time of year, but I believe it will get better for the Bay Spring Striper Season opening on May 16th to June 15th.

I went up to the 3rd and saw quite a crowd so we just worked the light line down along the CBBT. 50+ foot was where we hit them, but I have also heard good reports of surface action with artificials around the tube spines.
