This forum is dead......please post if you've been fishing the surf. I think the water is still a little cool but we need those reports. I'll be out there next weekend

Reports I get tell me I missed a bluefish blitz at Nags Head not long ago. Scattered little bottom fish activity are a good sign.Water temps are good.....fish should be there ...wind direction is important.

I've read reports for north carolina but not in virginia. I know we are close but I was hoping for some local reports. I may just have to go out next weekend regardless of water temp, air temp...etc and see how it goes

Fished off of Chix Beach Saturday. Nothing. It's been very windy though. Hopefully this warm weather will heat things up a little.
