well wes, you wanted it . here it is ! I saw my first drum blitz, fri.
man the birds were all over them, i would have bet it was blues or something else. but it was drum,drum and more drum, all over 27 inches, not even close. sorry for lack of pics, but we were getting it on from 2pm till we left @ 6pm. man that current at the point,kicked our, you know what.buxton just got slammed with big drum. sharks were in there with um. sat was a lot slower, but they were still caught. if you could keep the sharks off long enough. we got blew out for sat. off shores trip. but the surf made it worth while.

were the sharks all dogfish?

do dog fish have a long tail? these had no teeth ,but a long tail like i saw on one of those shark programs. they ran from 2ft to 4 ft. don't know my sharks, but there were plenty of them.I looked them up, and dogs do look like these sharks, they did like to catch some air, and thats what the describtion says also.hope this helps.

I heard the same thing you reported....... its unbeleviable when the wind is blowing right,temps good. ...yeah theres a lot of water runs thru that little stretch....since I couldn't be there I'm glad you were.
