Heard there may be some BFT lurking close to shore,, anyone heard this?
with all the fun going on at OI was wondering whos gonna run out to check first.
I wont be out till first week in june.

We'll be rigged for sharks and tuna jigging the first week of June as well. May make a late may thresher trip as well.

Been wondering the same thing myself....Planning a run to the Jackspot/20 Fathom Fingers later this month for some Bluefish-Mako bait....

Dude, You need to get the trailer thing down. OI isn't that far and the fish are there. Why wait for the OC thing and have to deal with 200 boats? South is the way.:thumbup:

Bills last experience with a trailer didn't go so well. I seem to remember hearing about wheels on fire.

If I want to fish south we just point the BIMINI that way.

Actually Jack, I did trailer down to OI once, Ittl be the last time, trailer broke on that trip too.
Ended up in the stream with solid 6 footers with an 8 thrown in, the wifey was holdin on tight while praying,, It was way to rough to put out the spread, so we turned to the beach and it was much calmer a little farther inshore.
2 days later we got Whitey,, he was eatin outta the tailpipe.... it was flat CAM

Sunday I'll be inshore wrecking and striper hunting, monday looks like it could work out to make the run to the 65 deg break around the balt. about 70miles ish
