I have some friends coming over and I'm wondering what I should serve along with this appetizer I've put together ahead of time... please help.

Ingredients:
2/3 conch guts 50 lbs.
1/3 crab scrap 5 gallon bucketful
*** Chop conch guts wildly with a cleaver at the closest cleaning station. Mix roughly with crab scrap. Place in 1 gallon containers and soak with gut juice until saturated. Serve fresh within 3 days, otherwise freeze immediately.
I'm thinking of serving my guests some lightly salted sea clams. :eek2:
