She remains, in my opinion, the ideal woman. Any woman who can cut the head off a dead racccoon and worry about a lost fishing lure at the same time is a keeper.

Thanks for posting! Paula is a gem and she has given me lots of good fishing advice over the years.

She showed me a cooler full of big white pech this year that really blew my mind, one fish on top was over 14 inches, that motivated me to finally head downstream a few miles w/ a kayak and target large perch. I am glad I did, I got some nice ones and had my first perch fry of the year.

I was at the dock the day that Post reporter was interviewing her. She is so un-D.C. in so many ways -- policitcally incorrect, no hidden agenda, honest, and unconventional. She really is not a fit for this town but we are very lucky to have her.
