Striper Report

Fished with a client from Raleigh on Wed. Had a ball baiting hooks and landing stripers.
We were about mid lake using blue back herring. Caught 15 in 3 hrs. All came on down lines.
Things were going along real nice till I was using the pliers to extract a hook from a lively 25 inch stripers. Yep you guessed it, The hook got me. Buried it behind my thumb nail. My client turned into a doc and got it out on the second try. It's ok but sore.

Hmmmm, lets see, sore thumb or blown motor. I'll trade ya! Glad you got on them again RR. I broke a rod on the #1 cylinder of my Yamaha and it busted through both sides of the block. I could stand on one side of my motor and look through the block and see daylight coming through the other side. Thank god for extended warranties. Hopefully the Doctor will have me fixed and back on the water late next week. Thanks for the :rockingreport: Tight lines buddie!:fishing2:
