Markers at White Stone Bridge

What are those three floating buoys with red/orange pennants on top, just west of the White Stone Bridge on the north side of the river? They are arranged in a triangular pattern.

They are supposed to be painting the bridge pretty soon, so maybe they are the lines of the anchors for the workbarges?

But, this is pure speculation on my part.....

My guess is that they're NETS! Please steer clear of them.

From driving over it on sunday, I'm pretty sure it was a gill net.

I was out Saturday and they were not there when I went out Sat morning but there was one there Sat afternoon when I came back. Evidently more have appeared now... I wish they were relocated somewhere else as they are awfully close to our access path into our marina at Greys

Believe that they are gill nets since they have been in and out over the past several weeks.
