HDS Broadband Radar and other questions

OK, so as soon as the broadband radar comes out for the HDS I am going to get it. Question, I am looking at putting a remote spot light on my boat, I am assuming I should put the radar on a mount above the spotlight?

Also, I am new to radar but does this Radar need to be tilted? If you look at the outside, it looks as if it is already on a downward angle?
