I SUPPORT DNR, DNRP, My Local Water Cop --SGT. FORD--( tho he charged me with a under size fish)--People like me, Cannot get a court Date , Moved W/o loosing a Day to go to Annapolis & fill out Pospoment papers in PERSON--I must go in during Thier Time Frame (0830---430 PM)---Loose a days pay to sign a paper -I asked for a Instant Fax Exchange , Send --Sign--send back --Can't be done --( States Attorney) SAID--I Was Not gultiy in my eyes , but I Lost my DAY IN COURT --Pd. my 130.00 & got a Black eye on the Police Blotter --Secondary
--We now for a YEAR & 1 Day Have NO one to pull & Repair ANY BOATS till next June --NO Winter & Spring Get Ready Repairs --All because of a few Stripers Already PAID FOR BY THE 10% POACHING the State Charges OFF THE TOP From the" ASMFC" Controled state Poundage Allotment-----Cry from the DO GOODERS--Lets Crucify these men, Drive nails in thier hands & put them in a Inside Box W/o Windows & Water VIEW, & Sunrises Or Sunsets , Course most don't get to see Sun Sets anyway there Sleeping, Resting for tomorows SUNRISE ---The ones that Made a HUGE ISSUE, sending CCA form letters( Same Bunch that wants to ban ALL nets in our PROVIDER< NURSERY STATE)- & signing thier lifetime MOST Precious Name & Signature to a pre print Form Letter-I compare this to a Slaughter house , the GOAT , leads the SHEEP to thier Death , Just another day For this Billy Goat, the Sheep they get a Mechcanical knife to the NECK & a Quick loss of blood & a Slow Death -- NOW about these working men you have Ruined ,As well as Family's & created Kids W/O Fathers, Wives W/o Husbands , that may become Homeless, & on the Street ,Take thier Boats Away ? Pull in a Pinch --He Fixes Tupperware Boats Too --The ones ya don't have Wheels under them & pull around from Port to Port , Leeching for location of catch & free Info.-- Lets Face it Tidal Fish Friends , We have Bitten the hand that feeds Us -Bait will cost more , No Harvestors , --Less 2.00 crabs at the Tiki Bar --Watermen will Sell to Public off the Boat ,( after check In ) --No wild oysters for the Raw Bars , just Eastern shore size , pen grown , 6.00 ea. Sweets--No rockfish, till tags get here --No Penned Rockfish Harvest Monday Morning , as tagging Must Be At Net ,With the Newley Approved & Diffrent Tags -- --My Suggestion --All Check in Stations be State run at Buying Meccas like Jessup , they open at 0300. Working Man time ---Having to wait till 0800 for check in , or cutting the day short while fishing & miss the Late Bite to check in by 4 PM is BULL $HIT --
A Typical H & L day --Leave at Dawn , Struggle as we all do REC OR H&L to get our LIMITS --If it's After 4 when I get In,I Cannot get my Tagged fish weighed & Checked in & my Card Signed & recorded I must wait till 0800 the next day to get catch my catch Checked in --Now its 0830, gotta drive to Jessup , PAY a Entry Fee to the State , at the gate , go to the Buyer , Wait for Another Weigh in for pounds That HE pays for --The Fish were on ice over night , Ice Held fish Create a 15 cents a pound loss for ice water slime as fish must be washed off --NOW is time to shoot the $hit while the Pay Clerk takes her time to cut me a Check --Now its 1030AM ---My Day usualy starts at 0300 --By the time i get back to Deale it will be passed Noon---8 Hrs. Shot Already today---OH well this & Waiting TOO--geo
