Got a new VHF ICOM304 W/DCS and can't seem to program the DCS #'s in it. I've done what the book says and the cursur won't move to the second #. Any help will be certainly appreciated.

Sorry guys, I put in the wrong radio # it's a Icom M402 W/DSC.
