I originally posted for a possibility of renting a house for a year on the fishing board. Then I saw this board.

I am in commercial construction, a site superintendent, and have a project coming up next month that may last a year at Chesapeake College. I currently live in Harford County and I am not going to commute. At first I thought I wanted to rent a house, a place I could keep my 24' bay boat while I was there but got to thinkin about it some more and I do not want to have the upkeep on another house, plus I am not buying or renting furniture.

Thinking now about a furnished apartment (something nice) or an "Extended Stay" hotel in that area. Another person may be working with me a little later. Not 100% sure if sharing a house, apartment etc. would be a good idea. I like the Extended Stay idea due to it will have everything supplied, cable, internet (a must) be cleaned, possible work out gym and laundry room available and things like that.
Another thought is a local with a little furnished apartment looking for some one quiet and respectful, non smoker.

The College is located at 50 and 213.

Anyone with some suggestions, it would be greatly appreciated. I will try and contact the RE Agents that responded to the other post on the fishing board.

Would still like to find a secure place to keep the boat safe and out of the weather. I can't stop fishing with all that water around. Looking to fish new places.

If there is not much response here I will repost on the fishing board.

Thanks everyone!

Jeff
