Left Rudee at 6:30 hoping for a shot at the cobia. Looked for them on the bay side of the 3rd and 4th islands for about an hour. Nada. Set up for the reds on 9ft shoals at 7:30. Caught a ray and a shark before deciding to move. Got to the south side of FI about 8:45. The first bite was at 9:50. We caught 9 up to 49" by 11:30. Stayed till 12:15....no more bites. Fished in 23 feet and used hard crabs. It was a little bumpy early but slicked out later making for a nice ride home.
Just talked to William.. sounds like you boys got on'em good. CONGRATS.

You guys did great. I saw 2 31' Cape Horns off of FI. We fished too shallow and moved to the deeper water later on and only caught one @43".

Fished the same area Sunday night 9:00 till around 11. Got 6 reds and 3 blacks 30-55 lbs. Have never fished for reds before WOW what a blast. Made the ride from Pa well worth it.
