If you ever set up an account where you have preferred status - a Tidalfish supporter and pay your $200 please take note that this is not a one time thing - this is a subscription that will automatically renew regardless who you contact at Tidalfish. You have to contact your credit card company or Paypal in advance or they will bill you each year. I notified Tidalfish months ago about not wanting to renew but my credit card was charged anyway - I filed a complaint with Paypal/Tidalfish but nothing was done except my account here on Tidalfish being restricted to a standard free account.

You are not telling the truth here. I emailed you explaining exactly what the issue was. You had the recurring subscription checked in your Pay Pal account, you were told such when you originally registered and as I explained the email we have NO access to your Pay Pal account so we can not make any changes to your account, only you can. Pay Pal does this for security reasons, this means we do not know any of your account information or anything. All you have to do is uncheck that box and it will not recur and you can cancel at any time so it does not happen in the future. There is a thread stuck to the top of this message board explaining this very situation. We did not do anything unauthorized. We also refunded your money.
