Punta Cana US, MD, DE, or NC boats ??

Hi there...We're getting ready for a vaca down south. I was wondering if anyone knows of where any of the east coast boats hold up while , or if, they are in the D.R. ?

I know most are probabaly up here by now but I figured just incase I'd ask.

I thinking about a day out...we'll be down there long enough and I've heard mixed things about the local boats.
