Taking a trip to OC in the beginning of July. Anybody out there familar with shore fishing there? Is it better in the surf or jetty? Haven't been there for quite some time, any suggestions for location, bait, gear. Thanks in advance. [grin]

We always do good on the oceanic peir. Its right next to the inlet on the north side. God fishing 24 hours a day. I would try there.
