Went out of Mobjack today and cruised to the High Rise.....nothing.....heard of one Cobia caught in the middle afternoon. Stoppped by the cabbage patch reef....nothing, headed back around 5:30, beautiful ride across the Bay....until a mile off of New Point Light when the engine conks out....checked the water seperator...no water in it...., but feeels like a clogged filter. Doesn't really matter, I'm not moving forward. Called Sea Tow, they came out of Seaford and towed us back in the Ware River. Like I said in the title....Best Money I ever spent!!!! It's worth every penny you pay to be a member. Didn't take him long to get there, (enough time for my wife to catch a shark), and got us back in before dark. Wish I had gotten his name, but many thanks!!!

Cheap insurance and glad to hear everyone made it home safe!

Been fighting trash in my fuel all spring. Finally emptied the tank and now I'm doing a poorman's polish of the tank. I have a automotive fuel pump hooked up to the pickup, pumping through a 10 micron filter and then back in through the vent tube. Just letting it pump and filter, been going for 2 days.

Excellent investment - Don't leave the Ware without it!

Win,
My name is Capt Bart and im the one who towed you in yesterday evening. I want to thank you for the kudos you have given me. We keep our boats right here at the house which lets us respond in a quickly manner. Thanks for taking the effort in trouble shooting yourself before calling. Im surprised we were able to make the 12-13 knots against the current going up the mobjack. Hope you get your problem solved quickly so you guys can get back out on the water, and dont ever hesitate to call us here at the office for anything.

I'm afraid the jon boat is a memory...

Changed out the water separetor on the big boat...still didn't start, then did a little searching on tidal fish for some answers. Gotta thank paxfish for his step by step (with photos) of how to clean the VST on the engine.......started right up!:clapping2:...Life is an adventure.....
