A little over a week ago I broke my Orvis fly rod through my own carelessness. I visited their website and found out it had a 25 year warranty w/ "no questions asked". I mailed off my rod and in a little over a week received a brand new replacement rod. I think other rod makers offer similar warranties and they are definitely worth looking for when investing in a relatively expensive fly rod.
