It looks to me like almost anything except stripers in the Bay in Maryland can be taken by speargun now if there is a regular season on it for hook and liners. Seems new, but maybe I just missed it before. Seeing them may be the difficult part, but flounder in the lower bay or even eastern bay at the right time might be a possibility. What do you think?
