Try mouth of Curtis Bay, "east side" near the drywall plant in about 15' of water (near covered conveyer belt/pier)
Allways a good spot..

Crabbed there ONCE yrs ago. Crabs had a faint, but obvious gypsum taste, no lie. Might be better now but i doubt it.
