Lobster,grouper,triggers and snapper???

Please educate me on Virginia regs for lobster(size bag limit) trigger fish (size/limit)

Not sure about snapper or grouper? Are they present in Virginia waters? If so what are the regs? Didnt' see anything on these targets in the regs I downloaded...

A few of these are found inshore and there is a list by the Va. Marine Resources as to what you can hunt and limits. Offshore you can find cold and warm water lobsters.
Do not use a spear to hunt them, keep only lobsters with out eggs and only two.
I don't know of anybody diving for just lobsters in Va. but they're always a bonus for anyone hunting for some other fish. They sell a snear that can get the job done but most are taking by hands.
