heard a rumor that truxton park gates dont open till 7 oclock.does any one know if the gates will be closed until 7???went last year early about 5.never heard of the gates being shut unless the have changed it.any help would be greatly appreciated.plan on going in the am but dont want to waste a ride there,thanks in advance.

launch out of sandy. Everyone I know who ever went to that ramp has gotten their vehicles broken into, windows smashed etc. Maybe that is why they don't open until 7 now (if true) Those people who live in the apts watch for you to take off in your boat then go down and steal all your stuff even in daylight. If you do go there take all the good stuff with you and leave your doors unlocked so they don't bust your windows. There are some real scumbags who live around there.
