Many thanks to Mark Sampson for his informative talk last night! I am very interested in getting together with some SFAoD folks for a trip or two with him this year. If anyone else is planning a trip with him, keep me in mind...
A big congratulations to all the winners in the Grand Raffle; there were some mighty nice prizes given away! Bill M., that was a really nice jesture, giving away that 9wt setup to a deserving newbie. The world needs more folks like you! [grin]
Our second annual swap meet seemed to be a success; well at least from my eyes anyway. For the first time ever, I sold everything I brought with me to sell! YEEHAH! Now, it's either off to the local fly shoppe to worship the graphite alter, or off to the kayak dealer to indulge in some kayak karma. Me thinks the kayak dealer may win out on this one... [wink]
