I need a good used 40-50# bow for my 13-year-old son to start deer hunting with. He draws 26" and can just pull a 40# now. He has been shooting a #35 bow for the last year. Anybody have one that has been grown out of?

My son out grew his Browning Micro Midas 30-40lb pull. Comes with a quiver, sights, whisker biscuit, 75gr Muzzy 3 blade broad heads, and 4-6 Beaman 40lb carbon arrows $100. Suffolk, Va.

Gaffman, that sound interesting. I'd give it a look. Do you ever get up around the Annapolis area? I only get down your way once in a blue moon.

Nope, only been there one time. Last summer.
Just got my boy a new Parker 40-50lb pull.

Try Macrotech in Glen Burnie....Len is the bomb when it comes to setting up a bow and did a great job on my sons Diamond....he will have him bustin knocks by the time you walk out the door

Len knows his stuff, I agree. I just need an economy starter bow for a rapidly growing boy now. It's looking like dawson58's old PSE might be the deal right now.
