its a damn shame...fishing for them in nc in the hatteras area has been awesome the last 5 years....i question the data....how can they say we dont' have any when everyone i talk to says fishing hasn't been better for them....2nd of all its a shame that nc and sc are grouped together in the south atlantic fisheries council along with places like the florida keys...its a completely.....red snapper IS my favoritefish to fish for....its going to take me a long time to recover from this one.....i have to agree....looks like this (along with the tile fishing) truely is the beggining of the end....
