West Point?

I fish for Croakers out of West Point and there are a lot of crab pots as you enter the York River. Just wandering if it would be productive to go crabbing from a boat using handlines?

I was down there in the middle of June fishing for Croakers across from the State Park and reeled in two keepers. They held on intil they touched the bottom of the boat. It might be worth a try any way.
