another place to ck is THT, they can get a little mean over there but you might get some good info. Also ck with boatUS to see if they have had any recalls or owner problems, I see it is a 2003 so they should have info avail....they were real slow on sea boss info but that is another story

i have a 19' kencraft cc with a 150 yami can't say enough good things about the boat. dryest small boat i have been on. i have had it for two years without any problems at all. overall good quality boat, but of course that's my opinion but it also the opinion of all the people that have been on board. good luck i don't think you can go wrong:clap:

Bought my Kencraft Challenger (190 CC) new in 2002, and have been very happy in all regards with the boat. 1350 hrs now on her, with the Mercury 125. The motor has had a few problems. But I would buy this combination again.
My boat is kept in the water from mid-March through early Dec.

That is a nice looking boat. Kencraft is on my list if I could ever afford one. They are built in North Carolina somewhere and Adams & Durvin in Richmond is still a dealer I believe. I've heard they are strong and solid built.

Excellent reputation when they used wood in them (Challenger series). Now that they moved to composites (Sea King) they still have a good rep, just don't have the weight they used to so the ride is different and they can use lower hp. Which model, the 19' is nice, the old 206 with the center baitwell looked great (now the 210 but without the baitwell), the 215 was huge, and the 23' ones were less expense alternatives to Contender and Regulator for the SKA crowd.
