The weekend of the 9th. What should I prepare for?

I have a very sea worthy 18' center console, don't plan to go in the ocean.

Are cobia still around? Blues?

Is there a link for regular fishing reports?

Flouder , trout ,blues will be your best bets around the sloughs and channels.maybe a puppy drum or two.Usually cobia not a target inside of the bridge.croakers,spot, and sea mullet are also a good bet.sheepshead and rockfish around the bridge pilings with sandfleas and mud crabs being baits of choice for sheepshead.
