If my boat is liscensed in VA, do I need to buy a saltater NC liscense or do they honor VA licenses? I am heading to hatteras next weekend and wasn't sure. It looks like all four of us may have to buy a 10 day license. Thanks for the help

yes you all have to buy lic but you can do it online
