went with a very good friend of mine to try some sheepsheading around the oi pilings.We didnt time our tides very well but we scratched a nice mess of nice sheepshead anyway.caught em om hemit crabs..

Richard,nice mess of fish.we had planned on trying for some at the cbbt today but there was a ocean swell coming in the bay that made it to hairy to be up on the rocks. mike

slip sinker 2 oz. with 4 to 5 foot 50lb. leader and a treble hook with a hermit crab (shell removed ofcourse) wrapped all around. stout rod to haul them away from pilings quick.spooled with 30. lb test. hope that helps ya. looking forward to you all getting here steve...

are you fishing the moving or the slack tides? Great looking fish, fun to catch... Im looking to put a couple in the boat this weekend.
