Hello all,
Last night I had planned on working on my center console, but decided to take the 11' inflatable out for an excursion on the Severn. I tried the usual places at the mouth and nothing. A few fish breaking the surface here and there, but not much going on. The water didn't look so good. Headed out to tolly point and played with small croaker, perch and rock for about an hour. Headed back in for a smooth ride home and a beautiful evening to be out on the water. I burned about 1- 1 1/2 gallons of gas from Round bay to Tolley Point and back with several drifts between. You gotta love those 25 hp outboards.........Hope it gets better at the mouth. Should be more fish this time of year..............Did see several pods of baitfish across from Downs on the Severn on the way back in.........:yes:
