Need Help

Heading down to OI towards the end of the month. Would like to find out where the Manns Bridge is? Also is there anywhere else worth fishing for around there?
Broad question I understand but we will onl;y have three days to fish.
Any help appriciated, here or Bmail.

Hawghunter, when you go thru Nags head just stay on Coastal Highway do not go towards Hatters. Once you go over the high bridge get in the right hand lane. When you get to the stop light make a right that’s Manteo. Go all the way thru town and when you get to the next bridge there is a ramp on the left hand side on the other side of the bridge that’s Mann’s Harbor. OI has a ramp as well and I think they are catching some stripers and trout up there, but just be careful if you follow the old channel out to the bridge the markers DO NOT mark the channel, I found this out the hard way. We go to OI for the week of thanksgiving every year. When its too rough around the inlet we go to manns harbor and do very well when the current is strong or it is rough. Try both trolling and casting. When trolling we troll stretch 20's and a few bucktails and other stuff at times. If the bucktail doesnt get any hits try either using a heavier bucktail or putting a 2-4 oz inline trolling sinker in front of it. When casting cast eels into the pillings or cast Hyper Striper bucktails. We also use rattle traps but have not had as much success on them. Good luck,
