Dec Jan Feb fishing

I hope to be down in Wilmington NC for parts of the months of December, January and February ( if the forcasted snow up here doesn't trap me in !!!) [tongue] I've gone through the last year of posts and know that there should at least be speck trout around and bottom fish on the AR sites and would like any information anyone has on best places to fish, what to fish for, and what to use lure and baitwise. I'll be using a Kencraft 206 Challenger and my little 1975 Mako 15 CC while in the area.

I can give anyone info on fishing Chesapeake Bay, Delaware bay, Inside behind the barrier islands in New Jersey and offshore New Jersey and Maryland North to Barnegat Ridge North.
