skunk,fished from the inlet to jockeys ridge and only got 1 hit.saw 1 fish boated all day and 1 at the dock.marks were few and far apart and never saw a bird HIT the water.

I thought you would at least have a shot at some blues. My last couple of trips out of OI have been smelly as well, I guess to have any luck this year you have to run wwwaaayyyyy north.
I am wondering how much of an impact the guys fishing out of OI contributed to Exxon/Mobile's record breaking profit this year.

I was off Cape Henry Saturday. Fish and birds everywhere. Back at the dock at 12:30 with limit.
