Does anyone have a fishing report for the fishing (off-shore) out of VA Beach? I am planning to head out Friday morning and wanted to see if anyone had a report.

We are running out of Lynnhaven Sat am headed towards fingers, then east. Meat fish has been slow and the Tuna have all but disappeared - thats just what I hear, so anyone else with more time out there can chime in. the North blow yesterday and today might help raise some fish, but the N winds were short lived. The front that is passing might also help.
Let me know if you are heading north out of Rudee or South. or if you're interested in Buddy boating. 804-683-7227. ed

 Fished both the 22 and 21 fathoms fingers today. Got one decent knockdown but didn't get hooked up. Trolled ballyhoo, naked, red/white, blue/green, skipping, swimming, etc. no love.. but the water was nice, boat ran well, and we got back safe. Ended up 65 miles from Little Creek inlet, figured we ran 145 miles or so. Burned about 60 gallons on the World Cat. We will probably fish inshore tomorrow.. flounder and cobia....

Listened to the radio.. I don't think anybody offshore today got any pullage...

Maybe next time..
