Just moved to the Hampton Roads / Outer Banks area from the FL Gulf Coast and was wondering what spots would give me a jumpstart to Outer Banks fishing? I will be fishing from Oregon Inlet with around a 30 mile offshore range.
I am used to fishing wrecks and natural bottom, but I am not very familiar with tilefish and black sea bass. Any wreck sights or particular locations that I should try would be appreciated.
