Flounder and sheepshead around Atlantic Beach / Morehead City area

I will be down in the Morehead City area the 3rd week of Aug. Can someone provide some good locations to fish for flounder and sheephead?

The Atlantic Beach Reef (Ar-315) is a great place for flounder. Get out there early. Also some kings around here and there.
