evenrude etech problem

i have a 2008 90 hp evenrude etech. my problem is, it will run fine for a while, then it will bog down and sounds like it is laboring...then when i increase the throttle, it still labors,but revs up than bogs down again it sounds like it is decavitating, but i know that it is not...thanks for any info.

It's got to be under warranty--take it in to a mechanic. Might be a fuel problem, but better to have it checked by a pro.
