Can anybody give me some advice on on gigin? I've never done it and want to give it a whirl this weekend.

light winds,shallow water,good strong submersible light[12volt].
small boat[8-10'] with battery and cooler to pull along.
Gig.
wade slowly along the flats at OI in shallow water[knee to ankle depth] spot flounder, put foot beside to check size.gig behind the eyes and hold down till you can get ahold of it.raise fish still attached to gig until in cooler.
easy ain't it.[wink]
don't forget the bug spray.
someone else hopefully will fill in on the things I forgot.
