Anyone catching rocks on the James? Are they up river in Richmond yet?

went thursday night to the james river bridge we caught one about 15 inches. water was slick ,tide just starting to go out. around 10 pm. had to leave. we caught the end of them feeding when we got there. w3e will try again.
