What's a good deal on a 2005 Parker 2320SL?

I have a friend who’s looking to buy a boat. He found what he thinks is the perfect boat but isn’t sure what to offer.

He’d like to “low-ball” the offer to make sure there’s some “wiggle room” but doesn’t really know where to start.

I’m hoping that someone can give him an idea of what a low-ball bid should be for this boat.

It’s a 2005 Parker 2320SL with a 200HP Yamaha OB with about 50 hours on the engine. It’s equipped with a 2nd helm station, windlass, Lowrance X17 W/GPS, AM/FM/CD and a CB Radio.

Does anyone have any thoughts? What’s she worth?

I bought my 2006 2320 with 225 Yami and 8600 GVW trailer, 3206 Garmin, GPS, ICON Radio, lots of other extras, 112 hours - $40,000 cash (December 2008).

Should be less now. 200 hp is on the low side for power.
