I'm looking for some places in Wilmington to fish from the shore, Piers or whatever. Dosen't really matter what kind of fish we just need some idea where to go and we can take it from there. I don't mean your top secret honey hole just some place to wet a line would be great. Thanks in advance,

At Wrightsville Beach and Carolina Beach check out the piers.. the pier at Wrightsville Beach is Mercer's Pier. Not sure what the pier's name is at Carolina Beach. If you have
a 4x4 you can drive on the N end of Carolina Beach and if you go south to Ft. Fisher their
is beach access also. You do have to by a permit to drive on the beach.. Not sure as to how much.. Also check out TEX'S Tackle for fishing reports. Also check out the area
called Snow's Cut .this is going towards Carolina Beach. Their is places to walk and fish
from the shore. Also at the South End of Wrightsville Beach their is a jetty that you can
