Well we fished at the Red barns and 10 Saturday. No citation spot but lots of nice #1 and many #2 we where throwing back. Croakers were biting well with 5 over 2# with one that missed citation by about 4 ozs. We caught both speck and gray trout with 2 keeper and some nice blues great selection of fish caugth as we also had release flounder and seabass along with some nice perch. No pattern though as I caught in 32 foot of water in one place and 15 in another just had to keep moving until you found them. Final numbers were over 200 but we only kept a 60 quart cooler for us and the guys at the dock wanting a fish fry. All croakers were full of roe and the hot bait was bloodworms. Even the two keeper trout and a couple of the blues bit bloodworms over shrimp squid and cut bait. Peelers were hot but we only had 2 so they went fast. I think the repeated NE wind is killing the bite a little but it will only get better as September goes on. We fished upriver Fri around 13 and mortatico bar and did well there too. We'll be out Sat fishing with the Burrell crew who is known for big fish and big numbers. Pics of this weeks catch at "Mister J's Pleasure" Saltwater Charters If We Book You...We'll Hook You. Have a good one

Glad to hear about the big Trout & Croakers. Hopefully they will work
their way down to my area soon. I have not caught a keeper Trout so far.
