Does anyone know of an affordable marina within 20 nautical miles of Baltimore Harbor? I have been having a hard time finding somplace that can accomodate an older, 22' sailboat that draws 4 feet. We're on quite a budget after moving to Baltimore, so we just want a bare bones slip in a safe area.
