Yes there is a nice landing; however there is no trailer parking allowed on site which complicates things.
You could use the Waterview public ramp a few miles up rte. 17.

Best Boat Yard has a ramp just downriver from Urbanna. There is also the public ramp at Wake which is just on the other side of the White Stone bridge.

Oaks Landing in Saluda is on Urbanna Creek has a nice public ramp and it's free. At the height of the season parking can get pretty tight.
B.E.S.T Marine at Christ Church has a VERY nice facility.....cousin Henry can hook you up for a $10 ramp fee! BEST Marine, Saluda, VA (http://www.bestmarinellc.com/)
There is a ramp for a fee actually in the town of Urbanna at Upton's Point but they have some really jacked-up rules (like you can't leave your trailer parked there and you can't park a boat trailer on the town streets)......not worth the hassle.
About the ramp at Wake that Satterly mentioned...........be careful at low tide because there is a very large chunk of concrete submerged near the end of the ramp.

I believe the ramp at Locklie's is operating. Plenty of parking.
