a housing with a ping pong ball as a scupper plug. great idea. anyone else hear of these?[smile]

They've been using them on snorkels for ages.I'm surprised no one has thought of this before.Maybe they have and there's a reason they don't use them?Perhaps debris clogs them?There's only one way to find out.

I've got one - not impressed. Water goes passed the ball but everything else gets trapped at the opening, leaving it open.
