I have a 20"Grady that sits on a Venture 4700 tandem axle trailer and sometimes it loads perfectly (level) while other times it is cocked to STBD on the trailer.
I've had the rollers adjusted (supposedly) by the dealer several times but the problem continues.
Any suggestions?

Install long side guides on the trailer. They are priceless in the wind. If you have them already adjust them to fit tighter. This has worked for me on my last 3 boats. Good luck.

Can only mention that if your boat is a mod-v, or anything less than a deep-v, but especially a mod-v with a certain strake design or placement, roller adjustment can be very frustrating.
Went thru the same thing with my trailer when it was new. Ended up adding a centerline set of rollers at the trailer's rear cross member, and also added more roller assemblies to help "grab" and guide the boat. Because it takes a trip to a non-crowded ramp to do it myself, took many trips to "tweak" it.
Might also ask how far you're backing trailer into water? Doesn't need to be far, because rollers need to be given the chance to work. Usually to where boat will meet rear most set of rollers. without dunking the rollers.
Good luck.

Thanks for the replies fellas.
BWJ, come to think of it I usually back down to where the rear rollers are partially submerged so that might be part of the problem.
I'm also going to look into the idea of a keel roller like you suggested.
