Sporty ride out...but worth it!

Fished with Don, Bob, Dave, Dave(2) on Oblivion yesterday. We wanted to try for Wahoo and Tuna but the Whites would have NONE of that. We ended up going 10 for 15 (hooked) around the Norfolk yestrerday but people everywhere were on them (7+ miles south of us and some north of us...even west of where we were). Bait balls, slashing fish on the surface, multiple hook ups...good lord what a day. We had probably 20 fish come into the spread and we saw more than that around the boat...not sure how many but a lot. Water was aroudn 74 degrees and very pretty...tons and tons of bait.

Just an awesome day with an awesome crew. Thanks again Dave for anothe adventure. It is ON FIRE out there boys. I know some of the guys had pics and video...sorry but I never even bothered with my camera. Was too busy!

I forgot we also pulled off a small blue on our Spreader bar special "teaser" after he dumped like 300 yards off the reel. :)

They were realy thick today. Kelly and Calvin on Juggernaut had 11 and Canyon, Express, Backlash, Friendship had #'s in the teens when we left- they were doing an overnighter so I'll bet they went into the 20's fishing to dark. Thanks to Glenn, Bob, Don and Dave for working hard all day and keeping me straight. Dave

Simply awesome job guys. That will be a day to remember. I've never specifically targeted marlin before but I may have to change my ways with reports like this.

Sick bite up there. Heard about it on the radio Sat. Sounded like both Fri & Sat was insane. A good # of boats ran up there from here. World class fishing off VA for billfish this fall for sure. The Tuna are here now also.

WTG Dave & crew! One to remember for sure.:rockingreport::thumbup::clapping2:
