I have a garmin 160 fishfinder. There is a constant ticking coming from the transducer. Unit is working OK. Anyone ever heard of this?

Ticking is normal, worry when it stops ticking.

ditto..............fatherinlaw invents the things ,,i was wondering myself it is normal
